1. Accounts and roles

Stitch supports Spectators, Contributors, Creators, and Sponsors. Account holders must provide accurate registration information, protect their sign-in credentials, use only accounts they are authorised to control, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Features and limits may depend on the account role and selected plan.

2. Events, streams, and content rights

Creators are responsible for events they organise and for securing the permissions needed to film, stream, record, edit, publish, and monetise an event. Contributors must have permission to capture and transmit their feeds. Users keep ownership of content they provide, while granting Stitch the limited permissions needed to host, process, transmit, moderate, display, and create event replays as directed through the service.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not stream unlawful content; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; harass or endanger people; bypass access controls; distribute malware; manipulate engagement; interfere with the service; or use private event codes and invitation links without authorisation. Stitch may investigate reports and restrict content or accounts while a safety or rights issue is reviewed.

4. Live streaming and availability

Live video depends on devices, networks, third-party infrastructure, contributor readiness, and Creator direction. Stitch does not promise uninterrupted capture, transmission, playback, recording, or replay processing. Creators should maintain appropriate contingency plans for important productions.

5. Sponsorships and advertising

Creators must ensure sponsorship packages, brand assets, claims, destinations, flight dates, and required disclosures are accurate and authorised. Sponsors must supply lawful materials and safe destinations. Stitch may withhold or remove advertising that is inactive, unconfirmed, outside its booked flight, unsafe, misleading, or incompatible with an event or viewer’s plan.

6. Plans, payments, and payouts

Each eligible Stitch account may use one 30-day promotional access trial across the Mid, Pro, or Premium plan. No payment method is required or collected, switching among those plans does not restart or extend the original trial, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the trial ends, Free-plan limits apply. Billing begins only if the account holder separately completes a paid checkout, after which the disclosed monthly price renews until cancellation under the applicable payment terms.

Paid plans, sponsor bookings, contributor revenue shares, fees, taxes, refunds, payout eligibility, reserves, and payment-provider terms must be disclosed at the relevant transaction. Payouts may be delayed or held for verification, disputes, safety reviews, provider restrictions, reversals, or legal requirements. Final commercial wording and consumer cancellation rights require legal review.

7. Moderation and termination

Stitch may remove content, limit features, suspend broadcasts, or restrict or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users and the platform, respond to rights or safety complaints, or meet legal obligations. An appropriate review or appeal process should be documented before launch.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to the warranties and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any proposed exclusions, liability caps, indemnities, and treatment of indirect loss, lost content, failed streams, sponsorship loss, or payment disputes require jurisdiction-specific legal approval and are not stated as final terms in this draft.

9. Changes and contact

Before launch, the approved terms should identify the responsible legal entity, an effective date, governing law and forum where appropriate, notice procedures, and a verified legal-contact address. Material future changes should be communicated clearly and take effect only as permitted by applicable law.
